Allison works with Premier Solutions International to provide legal services and identity theft protection in the Knoxville, TN market. She is a graduate of the University of Tennessee College of Business. She began her career with Premier Solutions as a college intern and now focuses her efforts on recruiting top talent for the fast-growing PSI team . She is a member of the National Marketing Association, the Society for Human Resource Management and Knoxville CityPeople. She volunteers for the Knoxville Leadership Foundation, Boys and Girls Club, and supports other local ministries. Allison is the Division Leader for the PSI College Internship Program.
